A 20-year-old female cyclist and a 16-year-old boy who hit her on a speeding electric scooter were taken to hospital. "The 16-year-old was riding a scooter that did not meet technical requirements. He also did not have the required license to operate this type of vehicle," Chief Superintendent Monika Kosiec from the Koszalin Police Headquarters in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship reported on Friday.
