Family remembers ATV crash victim Keenan Honeycutt

LAWRENCE COUNTY, Ohio (WOWK) — Family members identified one of the juvenile victims who died in an ATV crash in the Fayette Township area Sunday as nine-year-old Keenan Honeycutt.
