The family of a child who was sexually assaulted at age 4 by a 71-year-old Morris County man was awarded $600,000 in damages last week, court records show.Charles Brinkofski, formerly of Roxbury Township, admitted to inappropriately touching the child multiple times from Sept. 1, 2020, to April 9, 2021, according to a lawsuit the victim’s family filed two years ago.
