TILLAMOOK COUNTY, OREGON, JUL 12 – Alejandro Velazquez Lopez fled after striking three teens changing a tire, killing one; Oregon State Police issued a warrant and believe he left the country.
- On Sunday, July 12, 34-year-old Alejandro Christopher Velazquez Lopez hit three teenage boys, all age 17, who were repairing a flat tire on Highway 18 near Grand Ronde, then left the scene without stopping.
