Sleepy Eye’s newest restaurant the Farmhaus is tentatively slated to open this month in the former Dawghaus location, but its menu and atmosphere will have nothing in common with its predecessor. Instead of burgers and beers in a casual setting, owner Geneva Bendix and consultant Mike Beranek are planning to offer all Sleepy Eye residents a welcoming fine-dining experience.
