Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that peace has been effectively established, noting that there have been no casualties in the conflict for over two years. Pashinyan pointed to Russian President Putin as one of the architects of the process.
"Today, it can be noted that in more than two years there have been no deaths or injuries due to crossfires between Armenians and Azerbaijanis, as opposed to the previous 30 years since the 1990s, when both sides were killed and wounded each year," said Nikol Pashinian.
