Fallen KSP Trooper Hayden Phillips' Body Returned to Hometown

  • Gov. Andy Beshear ordered flags at state buildings lowered to half-staff through Sunday, Oct. 4, to honor Phillips. Services are scheduled for noon Sunday at Western Kentucky University's Diddle Arena.
  • The Kentucky State Police Foundation established the Trooper Hayden Phillips Fund to support his wife, Jordan, and their children. The foundation confirmed 100% of all donations go directly to the family.
