EXETER — Daniel Boone Homestead will commemorate the nation’s birthday at its Independence Day event. Held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 4, attendees will learn about the different kinds of troops who fought for America’s freedom during the Revolutionary War, including the militia, Continentals, Dragoons, and Riflemen.
