A local high school volleyball squad was among the 14 teams that recently competed during a long-standing summer tournament. The Lady Panthers of Fairbanks were among the teams which played in the Friendship Cup tournament in Mason, which is located near Cincinnati. The tournament has been conducted for more than 25 years.
