Fabens fire causes heavy smoke, damage to homes

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Four structures were affected after a fire in Fabens Monday night, Nov. 3, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office. The Sheriff's Office says they responded just before 11 p.m. to the 100 block of SE River St in reference to a structure fire.
