Shrimpers Discover FA Cup First Round Opponents

On Monday, October 13, the FA Cup first-round draw will take place, broadcast live on TNT Sports 1, discovery+ and the TNT Sports YouTube channel from approximately 6.30pm BST.
All 48 EFL teams from League One and League Two will be joined by the 32 non-league qualifiers in the first round proper, while Premier League and Championship clubs enter at the third round in the New Year.
Forty matches will be drawn this evening, mixing non-league winners and sides facing replays into the velvet bag with the 44 League One and League Two clubs.
First-Round ties are set for Saturday 1 November, though not every game will be on that day and some matches may be moved for TV coverage.
Fans of more than 80 clubs will be watching closely as non-league sides join the EFL teams, with Maldon & Tiptree the only eighth-tier side in the first round proper.
