Extreme heat warning affecting Oregon from Friday to Monday
An extreme heat warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 12:24 p.m. valid from Friday 1 p.m. until Monday 8 p.m. for Eastern Curry County and Josephine County and Siskiyou Mountains and Southern Oregon Cascades as well as Jackson County.The weather service says to expect, "Dangerously hot temperatures near 100 degrees to upwards of 110 degrees."
