Extradition of “El Teo”, Lieutenant of the Arellano Félixs Suspended

Mexico City, April 3. A federal court granted temporary suspension to Teodoro García Simental, “El Teo”, one of the former lieutenants of the Arellano Félix Cartel, to prevent his extradition to the United States. He is currently detained at the Federal Center for Social Rehabilitation No. 1 of the “Altiplano” in Almoloya de Juárez, State of Mexico. “El Teo” is known, according to investigations, for having his rivals dissolved in caustic soda.
