Dr. Eddie Smith, an Extension Specialist from Mississippi State University, visited the Poplarville Public Library on Monday, June 15, as part of the “Unearth a Story” Summer Reading Program.   During his presentation, Dr. Smith introduced the 30 species of native frogs in Mississippi, including salamanders.
