Experienced politicians won easily in Tuesday’s special primary elections

Former Rep. Jerry Carl won 74.7% in the 1st District, while Rep. Gary Palmer took about 87% as Alabama voters chose nominees for November.

Jerry Carl and Gary Palmer easily secured the Republican nominations in their districts, with 74.7 and 87.0 percent of the vote respectively.

That's how the wheel of time turns. Besides the beautiful summer, warm bathing, a wonderful solar eclipse and the chirping of crickets, the attention of people interested in politics this summer is primarily focused on the presidential election. At first, it didn't work out, and now it doesn't. Since the situation can change in hours and minutes, my weak pen doesn't dare to write anything about it right now. Maybe next week?
