Motorists are advised to expect delays on Highway 3A as Yellowhead Road & Bridge conducts a blasting project near the Brilliant rest area Aug. 12 to Aug. 21. The rest area will be closed from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday during the project’s duration. There will also be a daily highway closure at 12:30 p.m. for 20 minutes.
