In Mayotte, the tenth day of the right of withdrawal for midwives of the hospital, the lack of staff which causes them to exercise under conditions deemed unacceptable. This right of withdrawal is a call to help the management and the ministry to denounce what they call an "imminent danger of the situation" in what is the largest maternity in France with 10,000 births per year.
