A walk through one of Cuauhtémoc’s busy colonies throws different panoramas. In some places, it is common to find garbage lying on the streets, while in other areas it is less frequent that waste is part of the landscape. Occasionally, an unpleasant reminder of the irresponsibility of pet owners is also perceived, one that, especially in a public space, becomes a problem for everyone.
