‘RHOSLC’ Star Whitney Rose Files for Divorce From Husband Justin Rose After 16 Years of Marriage
Whitney Rose filed to end her 16-year marriage and submitted a parenting plan as the couple works through custody and their shared business.
- On Tuesday, October 6, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Whitney Rose filed for divorce from Justin Rose after nearly 17 years of marriage in Utah's Third District Court, submitting a proposed parenting plan.
- The couple separated earlier this year, with reports of them "living separate lives" surfacing in July; they have since been "nesting," rotating between two homes while children Bobbie and Brooks remain in their primary residence.
- Marital tensions were previously attributed to financial pressures following Justin's exit from LifeVantage Corporation after a controversial Season 2 scene; he now serves as president of Awakend.
- Whitney revealed that season 7 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City will chronicle the separation "in real time," stating she shared only what she felt was safe to protect her children.
- Despite the legal filing, Whitney and Justin are "working through next steps" for their shared business venture, with Whitney noting their children continue to receive support as the family adapts to separate living arrangements.
