- Vietnamese real estate company Kinhbac City and its partners will develop the golf club after paying the Trump Organization $5 million for brand licensing rights.
- Authorities flagged reimbursements ranging from $12 to $30 per square metre, and Nguyen Thi Chuc was told she might receive roughly $30 for her 200-square-metre plot.
- Many farmers, particularly the elderly, fear they will struggle to find alternative livelihoods, said 50-year-old Huong, who was told to leave her 200-square-metre plot in Hung Yen.
