SELINSGROVE — The state Ethics Commission has sanctioned a former Selinsgrove Borough Council member for failing to report that he was on the board of a community center that receives funds from the borough.It announced Tuesday that Marvin Rudnitsky has been directed to pay $625 for not including on statements of financial interests for calendar years 2018 through 2022 that he was on the board of the Regional Engagement Center in Selinsgrove.
