Manitoba RCMP re-arrest Inky Mark, charge him with 26 new offences

- Mark was re-arrested on Aug. 12 and charged with 26 additional offences, including weapons trafficking and unauthorized possession of prohibited firearms. Two firearms registered to Mark remain unaccounted for by authorities.
