The District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw has filed an indictment against Michał Dworczyk with the District Court for Warsaw-Śródmieście. Investigators accuse the PiS MEP of failing to fulfill his obligations regarding the protection of classified information. This concerns leaked emails from the politician's email inbox. Dworczyk issued a statement regarding this matter.
The District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw today filed an indictment against Michał Dworczyk, a PiS MEP and former head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. The prosecutor's office accuses the politician of, among other things, neglecting his duties and obstructing the investigation into the so-called email scandal.
