Ex-Cumbernauld retailer fined almost £150k for tax evasion

Sohail Faisal Shah, formerly of Kirky Convenience Store in Cumbernauld, has been fined £149,585.79 for  deliberately defaulting on tax of £248,899.92 between 6 Apr 2016 to 5 Apr 2019.
