MEEKER, Colo. (KTLO)-- The Lee Fire continues to burn in Rio Blanco County in northwest Colorado and has burned more than 113,000 acres. It has now been declared the fifth largest fire in the state. Officials report that at least 7 percent of the fire is contained. Meanwhile, the Elk Fire has burned 15,000 acres and is 30 percent contained.
