MOSS LANDING, Calif. (KION-TV) - An evacuation warning had been issued for the Moss Landing area and the Monterey Harbor District area. According to the Monterey County Sheriff's Office, all persons living aboard vessels such as boats or yachts have been told to evacuate and seek lodging elsewhere.
