Ayesa, the former Ibermatica, returns to Euskadi. The consortium formed by Indar Kartera (inverter vehicle of Kutxabank), BBK Fundación Bancaria, the Basque Government (through Finkatuz, investment instrument of the Basque Institute of Finance), Fundación Vital and Teknei has closed this Tuesday the purchase of Ayesa Digital after the approval of the authorities and the disbursement of the 480 million euros in which the operation was fixed.
