European Union to curb Russian diplomats' travel, FT says
New draft EU rules require Russian diplomats to notify host countries before traveling within the bloc amid rising concerns of espionage and sabotage linked to Moscow-backed operatives.
- On Oct. 7, European Union governments agreed to limit the movement of Russian diplomats across the 25 EU Schengen member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
