Visiting an exhibition dedicated to October 7, Monday, the MEP LFI removed an Israeli flag from its support, accidentally dropping that of the European Union, explained his team to the AFP, stressing that this gesture was "in the denunciation of the genocide still ongoing led by the Israeli government".
"No flag has been trampled or damaged," the Euro MP's team said France was insoubted to contradict certain accusations. She claims to have wanted to remove the flag of the Hebrew state in a "gesture" of "denunciation of genocide" in Gaza.
The MEP LFI is accused of having overturned two flags during an exhibition dedicated to the 7-October attacks. His entourage confirms that she withdrew the Israeli flag, but says that the fall of the support was accidental.
