The National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC) did not confirm on Monday the existence of a cyber attack or a cross-border cyber incident, following reports from several EU states and said there was no need to escalate the alert level.
The European Commission assures that, "for the moment", nothing allows us to state that the cause of the blackout is "any boycott or cyberattack"
