Some EU Commission officials with whom I have spoken are frowning their eyebrows as to why the Commission didn't investigate the Novamont cartel. The EU Commission antitrust dpt had to come up with a diversion to make us believe they're working hard. We all know, nobody is working at the Commission in July and August.
