Europe rights court rules Bulgaria trial sufficiently impartial

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) held on Tuesday that the Supreme Administrative Court of Bulgaria did not violate the applicant, Mihail Doynov’s right to a fair trial and judicial impartiality.
