The European Commission announced that France will act as a court at the EU Court of Justice, accusing France of imposing mandatory waste labelling which violates the single market rules. The ‘Triman’ label, requested by the French authorities on products such as packaging, telephones or texts, is considered to be an obstacle to the free movement of goods in the Community block, according to Brussels, informs Politico.
