EU steel tariff hike threatens 'biggest ever crisis' for UK industry

- The Department for Business said it is pushing the European Commission for urgent clarification, Industry Minister Chris McDonald will meet steel representatives on Thursday, and the Government has committed up to £2.5billion to rebuild the industry.
