Eternal introduces 26-week parental leave usable over three years

Eternal has rolled out a new parental leave policy that allows employees to use  26 weeks of parental leave in flexible segments over a three-year period. The policy is open to all parents — birthing, non-birthing, adoptive, and those welcoming children via surrogacy — and applies regardless of gender.
