The Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority has added the local branch of the Latvian national airline airBaltic to its official blacklist.
The consumer who had purchased the tickets presented airBaltic with purchase receipts and requested reimbursement for expenses for three people – 1,540 euros.
The Estonian branch of the airline Air Baltic was blacklisted by the Consumer Protection and Technical Supervision Authority (TTJA) for not complying with the decision of the Consumer Disputes Commission.
Air Baltic's Estonian branch has been on the blacklist of the Consumer Protection and Technical Supervision Authority (TTJA) since July 13 because the airline has not complied with the decision of the Consumer Disputes Commission.
