EssilorLuxottica to Acquire Ophthalmic Lens Materials Division of PUcore

EssilorLuxottica has signed an agreement with the South Korean-based PUcore for the acquisition of all its assets and entities involved in the development, manufacturing and sale of monomers used in the production of high index ophthalmic lenses.
