Equipment issues plaguing Everly's sewage lagoon ponds

Everly officials are calling in the cavalry to help solve an ongoing problem at the city's sewage lagoon. Utilities and Public Works Director Josh Rinehart on March 20 shared information about the aeration system at the treatment ponds east of town.
