VIENNA. Background of the settlement is a finding of the administrative court (VwGH) from 2015.
Austrian Post AG agreed with the Federal Government on the payment of a replacement payment of 47.8 million euros and thus settled a dispute over contributions to the Family Licensing Fund (FLAF) for officials from May 1996 to May 2008. The agreement was clearly within the provisions established for this purpose since 2018, the Post announced on Friday.
