EPA Withdraws Proposed Rule for More Stringent Water Pollution Guidelines at Slaughterhouses

The EPA cited food supply and price concerns for withdrawing the rule, which could have reduced slaughterhouse nutrient pollution by up to 85%, impacting over 60 million Americans.
