SIR Enumeration Phase Begins in Odisha, Mizoram, Sikkim and Manipur

  • The four States account for more than 3.67 crore electors, supported by 38,123 Booth Level Officers and 8,391 Booth Level Agents who carry at least 30 blank Form 6 documents for new applicants.
  • Eligible citizens must submit enumeration forms to the Electoral Registration Officer by June 28 to appear in the Draft Electoral Rolls, which the Commission will publish on July 5.
  • Following the claims and objections period extending to August 4, the Election Commission will finalize the process by publishing the final electoral rolls on September 6.
