The Algerian Investment Fund (AIF) aims to promote private equity as an alternative financing method for SMEs, thanks to the support of two major public banks and chambers of commerce, its CEO, Mr. Merouane Aliane, said. "We intend to leverage the networks of our AIF shareholder banks, namely BNA and BEA, which together have more than 300 branches spread across the country's 58 wilayas," he told APS.
