Enliven Therapeutics Announces Oral and Poster Presentations at the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO) 2026 Annual Meeting
Enliven will present ENABLE Phase 1 findings on safety, tolerability and dose selection for ELVN-001, a study in previously treated chronic myeloid leukemia patients.
On Monday, August 31, 2026, Enliven Therapeutics announced it will present ENABLE Phase 1 data for ELVN-001 at the Society of Hematologic Oncology Annual Meeting in Houston, Texas, September 9-12, 2026.
The ENABLE study evaluates safety and tolerability of ELVN-001, a selective kinase inhibitor designed to target the ABL1 gene fusion that drives Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in previously treated patients.
Presenter Fadi Haddad will lead oral and poster presentations on September 9 and 10, 2026, sharing data previously presented at the European Hematology Association 2026 Congress.
ELVN-001 targets the T315I mutation, which resists most approved TKIs, while secondary ENABLE endpoints include measuring major molecular response and BCR::ABL1 transcript levels.
Enliven aims to address unmet Chronic Myeloid Leukemia needs with a precision medicine approach; data will be available on the "Program Presentations & Publications" section of the company's website following presentation.
