India to Return to England in 2026 for 5 T20Is and 3 ODIs; Women’s Team Set for Multi-Format Tour

ENGLAND, JUL 24 – England will host multiple bilateral series and the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, including the first-ever women’s Test at Lord’s, with over 30 international matches scheduled, ECB said.

  • Ahead of the 2026 summer, ECB revealed the schedule, which includes five international teams hosting the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup from June 12 to July 15, 2026.
  • With the ICC World Test Championship race heating up, England will host New Zealand and Pakistan for three-Test series each, and Lord’s Cricket Ground will stage its first-ever women’s Test match.
  • Ben Stokes’s Test side will host New Zealand and Pakistan in Rothesay series, while Harry Brook’s white-ball team takes on India and Sri Lanka in Metro Bank ODIs and Vitality IT20s.
  • Reaction from Richard Gould highlighted “We’re really excited to unveil what promises to be a spectacular summer,” and fans will have the chance to witness the very best of the men’s and women’s game at iconic venues.
  • Following the Pakistan series, Sri Lanka will visit for three ODIs and three T20Is from September 15 to September 27.
