The tower covers a constructed area of 138,000 m2, including 15,000 m2 of retail, 14,000 m2 dedicated to health and 52,000 m2 dedicated to education.
Emperador Properties Socimi, a family company, of a patrimonial character and of Philippine capital, reports that it has acquired 50% of Caleido, the urban complex located in the heart of the District of the Five Towers of Madrid.
