Emergency overnight shelter opening in Santa Cruz as frigid temperatures arrive

SANTA CRUZ — With exceptionally cold conditions arriving along the Central Coast, Santa Cruz County officials will set up a shelter in Santa Cruz so community members can keep warm during overnight hours.
