Emails show Pulaski County detective accusing school superintendent of hindering sex abuse investigation | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

A detective accused the Jacksonville/North Pulaski School District superintendent of impeding his investigation into reports that an elementary school janitor had sexually abused children, emails released by the Pulaski County sheriff's office show. Superintendent Jeremy Owoh on Thursday denied that he was trying to hinder sheriff's office Detective Aaron Singleton's investigation of Bayou Meto Elementary School custodian Harold Butchart.
