- Made in Northern Italy, the wine is produced with Benchmark Drinks using a fermentation process that never generates alcohol, employing select bacteria and adding green tea extract for texture.
- Vegan and low-calorie, the Blanc de Blancs contains 19 calories per glass and will be poured at The River Café, Hammersmith, and Lilibet's, Mayfair, from mid-January.
