- Tickets for the pair of concerts will be available via a Banorte Bank pre-sale beginning Monday, July 13, followed by a Rocket Club pre-sale on Wednesday, July 15, and general sales on July 16.
- John said in a statement he was "truly disappointed" the pandemic kept him from touring Latin America, making this return "especially meaningful" to share with fans.
