Elkhart County 4-H Fair looks to enhance accessibility, inclusion for disabled visitors

ELKHART COUNTY, ind. -- On Monday, the Elkhart County 4-H Fair announced what they are calling a major step forward in accessibility and inclusion by bringing Momentum Refresh, the first universally designed, fully accessible and ADA compliant mobile restroom in the US, to this year's Disabilities Day at the fair.
